Claim credits control claim-file capacity. Claim credits create new claim files. Unused claim credits roll over. They are not AI credits and do not increase AI or messaging allowances. Included monthly AI usage refreshes each UTC calendar month, is shared across your organization, does not roll over, and is not multiplied by extra seats. These included monthly allowances are fair-use limits. Extra seats add workspace user capacity only and do not increase claim credits or fair-use limits.
