How claim credits work
- 1 claim credit creates 1 new claim file.
- Solo Trial is limited to 1 claim file total. Existing claims stay accessible under applicable subscription rules after cancellation.
- Pro and Pro+ add claim credits each billing cycle while billing is active (unused claim credits roll over).
- Claim credit packs / booster packs add claim credits only (active Pro/Pro+).
- Extra seats add workspace user capacity only (Pro/Pro+) — not claim credits or AI allowances.
- Included monthly AI usage refreshes each UTC calendar month, is shared across your organization, does not roll over, and is not multiplied by extra seats.
- Claim credit packs and extra seats do not increase included monthly AI or messaging allowances.

Important plan notes
Plan limits, add-ons, communications, and automation features depend on your workspace setup and subscription status.
Claim credits
Claim credits create new claim files. Creating a claim uses one claim credit. AI features do not consume claim credits. Unused claim credits roll over.
- Claim credit packs add claim credits only.
- Extra seats do not add claim credits.
- Claim credits do not increase included monthly AI or messaging allowances.
Included monthly AI usage
AI, messaging, voice, storage, file uploads, and reminder features are subject to included monthly allowances (fair-use limits) that refresh each UTC calendar month.
- Allowances are shared across your organization.
- Extra seats do not multiply AI or SMS/email allowances.
- Purchased Advanced AI Credits (when enabled) extend eligible heavy AI after included usage runs out — they do not unlock Pro+-only features.
Add-ons
Add-ons are available for active Pro and Pro+ workspaces.
- Claim credit packs: one-time claim-credit add-on (see Pricing for active offer amounts).
- Extra seat: recurring workspace user-capacity add-on.
- Add-ons do not unlock higher-tier features.
Messaging and voice
Messaging and voice features require configured provider/Twilio setup.
- SMS/MMS uses a shared platform number unless otherwise configured.
- Delivery is carrier-reported and not guaranteed.
- Voice intake and optional IVR menus run only when configured.
Portal security
Client portal access is designed to avoid sending sensitive access codes by SMS.
- Portal-link SMS sends the URL only.
- Portal PINs are not sent by SMS.
- Phone access codes are not sent by SMS.
Client reminders and AI review
Client reminders and AI-assisted summaries are staff workflow tools.
- Client reminders run from the dashboard.
- Scheduled reminders can be enabled during implementation.
- AI outputs are assistive and require human review.
