Messaging requires configured provider/Twilio setup. SMS/MMS use a shared platform number — not a dedicated line per agency.
SMS/MMS delivery is carrier-reported on the timeline when status callbacks are configured; delivery is not guaranteed.
Portal-link SMS sends the URL only. Portal PIN and phone access code are not sent by SMS.
Voice intake, optional IVR menu, voicemail transcription, AI-assisted voicemail summaries, and portal-link SMS from the phone menu run when configured and enabled on eligible plans.
There is no live AI phone agent and the IVR does not speak claim status. AI outputs are assistive and require human review.
Inbound email replies are not captured in the timeline. Portal, signing, auto-chaser, and export may be beta or setup-enabled.
