Plan your mobile companion rollout
XactaClaim mobile is a staff companion app for eligible Pro and Premium workspaces. Client access remains through the secure web PIN portal. Rollout works best when access gates, note conventions, and web-only workflows are defined upfront.
- Decide which staff need mobile access (inspectors, field adjusters, leads)
- Confirm Pro or Premium plan — Solo Trial does not include mobile
- Verify staff emails and complete email verification
- Confirm workspace profiles and plan/mobile access gates
- Train staff on mobile Claim Notes (staff-only; not visible to clients)
- Train staff on task updates and Work Queue habits on mobile
- Define when Claim Quick Create is appropriate vs. full web intake
- Explain AI Claim Brief beta — review server-generated summaries before acting
