Secure client portal

If your adjuster uses XactaClaim, this portal is where you can view claim updates, upload requested documents, and complete assigned tasks — without creating an account.

How to access your portal

Access is per claim and requires two things from your adjuster or claims team:

  1. Your personal portal link — a URL that opens your specific claim (usually sent by text or email).
  2. Your access code — a short PIN shared separately for security. Do not share it publicly.

Open the link from your adjuster, then enter your access code on the next screen. There is no public search by claim number on this page.

What you can do in the portal

Complete requested items

See what your adjuster asked for and mark tasks done from a simple checklist.

Upload photos and documents

Submit damage photos, invoices, and other files your team requested for review.

Sign agreements when offered

Review and sign agreements your adjuster adds to the claim when portal signing is enabled.

Track claim progress

View claim status, milestones, and updates your team shares through the portal.

If you do not have a portal link or access code, contact your adjuster or claims team directly. They can resend your link and reset your access code if needed.
